Flashgun experience/conference practice

In college we were looking at the locations in which we might be required to shoot in for the conference images we will be taking, We were also looking at the different types of lighting we will be working in such as natural light coming in from windows as well as overhead lights.

These two photos were taken in the entrance of the Hockney building using the light coming in through the large windows.

This photo was taken on the second floor on the back end of the building, the is a large window behind the subject. The background is over exposed whereas the subject is exposed correctly, if the background was correctly exposed you would be able to see the town hall clock.

In this image I tried to show as much of what the college library had to offer and to try and make the scene of the image look interesting.
